As CRM Manager, you’ll take ownership of CRM activity across the UK and Sweden, with a particular focus on the Sportsbook customer base. The Role
You will play a key role in delivering workforce analytics and modelling projects that support strategic decision-making and policy development.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining analytical models to assess the impact of pay, reward, and workforce initiatives
- Building scenario modelling and forecasting solutions to support business planning
- Analysing large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Producing clear reports and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Translating business and policy questions into analytical solutions
- Managing workforce and pay datasets, ensuring data quality and accuracy
- Partnering with a wide range of stakeholders to provide insight and recommendations
- Supporting survey design, data collection activities, and wider analytical programmes
- Contributing to continuous improvement within the analytics function and supporting less experienced colleagues where required
Your Skills & Experience
- Advanced Excel skills and strong experience working with large, complex datasets
- Proven ability to develop analytical models and deliver scenario-based analysis
- Strong statistical and quantitative analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex findings clearly
- Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Experience using tools such as Python, R, SPSS, Power BI, or similar analytical and visualisation platforms is advantageous
- Exposure to workforce analytics, reward, employment relations, healthcare, or public sector environments would be beneficial

The team works closely with senior leaders, policy specialists and external stakeholders to ensure decisions are informed by robust analysis. Operating in a politically sensitive environment, they are committed to delivering objective, high-quality evidence that stands up to scrutiny.
The Role
You will join a small, established analytics team and report directly to the Head of Analytics. Responsibilities include:
* Delivering workforce and pay analysis to support strategic decision-making and policy development
* Building and maintaining complex Excel-based workforce and financial models
* Modelling the impact of pay changes, workforce growth, retention trends and employment policy proposals
* Developing costings and long-term forecasts using scenario modelling techniques
* Analysing large workforce and payroll datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities
* Translating policy questions into analytical specifications and actionable insights
* Producing clear reports and recommendations for senior, non-technical stakeholders
* Presenting findings and technical advice to leadership teams and external partners
* Supporting peer review processes and contributing to analytical best practice
* Building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across policy, workforce and reward functions
Your Skills & Experience
* Advanced to expert-level Excel skills, including complex modelling, Pivot Tables, formulas, VBA and macros
* Strong analytical experience modelling complex financial or workforce scenarios
* Experience working with large, complex datasets and generating actionable insights
* Ability to explain technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Comfortable working independently and managing changing priorities
* Experience with Power BI, Python, R or SPSS would be beneficial
* Exposure to workforce analytics, reward analysis, public sector data or policy-driven environments is advantageous
