Your Skills & Experience
You will ideally have:
- A strong background in Quantitative Research Operations.
- Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical or healthcare market research.
- Proven experience managing and developing teams.
- Experience overseeing multiple projects, budgets and competing priorities.
- Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A commercially aware approach, balancing operational excellence with profitability.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- The ability to manage a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
You do not need to be a Director already. The business is particularly interested in ambitious Senior Managers who are ready to take the next step and can demonstrate clear leadership potential and the ability to scale their responsibilities. Experience across healthcare-focused market research agencies, pharmaceutical research or healthcare data collection will be highly relevant.
