Data Analyst

Location: Miami, FL

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Compensation: Up to $150K Base + Benefits

An established organization is expanding its analytics capabilities and is looking for a Data Analyst to help turn business data into meaningful insights and practical solutions.

You'll work across reporting, analysis, data validation, and business intelligence, partnering with teams across the organization to understand questions, investigate data, and deliver clear recommendations.

This is a hands-on opportunity for an analytically minded professional who enjoys solving problems, working with stakeholders, and improving the way businesses use data.

What You'll Work On

  • Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers
  • Create and improve dashboards, reports, and analytical tools used by business teams
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to support analysis and reporting
  • Work with data from multiple sources and help create consistent, reliable datasets for analysis
  • Investigate data discrepancies and develop checks to improve confidence in reporting
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and translate findings into practical recommendations
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business questions and determine the appropriate analytical approach
  • Help define metrics, reporting requirements, and analytical methodologies
  • Maintain clear records of calculations, assumptions, business rules, and analytical processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing reporting and analytical workflows
  • Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or a related analytical discipline
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational or cloud-based data
  • Experience creating business-facing visualizations using Tableau or a comparable BI platform
  • Familiarity with modern data transformation practices and tools such as dbt
  • Understanding of data modeling and how analytical datasets are structured
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy
  • Ability to explain analytical findings clearly and concisely
  • Comfortable managing independent projects while working closely with business stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, business, or related field preferred

The Opportunity

You'll have the opportunity to work on projects that influence how teams understand performance and make decisions.

The role combines hands-on analysis, business partnering, reporting, and data problem-solving, giving you broad exposure to the organization's data environment and the opportunity to develop both your technical and commercial skill set.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants meaningful ownership rather than simply producing routine reports.
