Director of Analytics

About the Role

This leader will own two major areas: internal analytics and customer-facing data products.

On the internal side, the role supports business intelligence across Sales, Go-to-Market, Transactions, Operations, and FP&A, built on Looker dashboards and modern analytics engineering practices.

On the customer-facing side, the role owns B2B analytics products delivered directly to business customers, including spend reporting, sustainability reporting, policy compliance and adherence reporting, and travel program analytics. This leader will be responsible for evolving both legacy reporting capabilities and new analytics product development.

The company is also investing in natural language and conversational analytics, bringing AI-powered interaction to travel program data. The analytics organization is responsible for the data modeling, SQL development, and semantic layer design that support those AI experiences.

This is not a hands-off management role. The organization needs someone who can drive analytics strategy, set the technical roadmap, own architecture discussions, lead modernization efforts, and partner heavily with Product and Executive Leadership, while remaining capable of running SQL in Snowflake, building and understanding Looker models, and participating directly in technical discovery.

What You’ll Do

• Exposure to AI-powered analytics solutions and experience building AI-enabled analytics products
• Understanding of modern LLM-driven workflows

THE ROLE

Director of Health Data Research

Fully remote

£100,000 – £120,000 + bonus

The Role

You will lead the organisation’s health data research strategy, developing partnerships and commercial opportunities across healthcare, life sciences, and research.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and managing strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical organisations, contract research organisations, healthcare providers, and data analytics partners
• Identifying opportunities to utilise healthcare and patient data to support research, evidence generation, and clinical development initiatives
• Evaluating and developing commercial health data research offerings that deliver value for partners and the organisation
• Assessing market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities within health data and life sciences
• Leading negotiations and partnership discussions, ensuring strong governance and compliance standards
• Collaborating with product, data, commercial, and leadership teams to align research initiatives with wider business objectives
• Representing the organisation externally and building relationships across the healthcare and research ecosystem
• Contributing to long-term strategy and growth through the development of innovative data partnerships

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience in health data research, healthcare analytics, life sciences, clinical research, or a related field
• Experience developing and managing strategic external partnerships
• Knowledge of healthcare data, research methodologies, and the life sciences landscape
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations relating to health data and research collaborations
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify and evaluate new market opportunities
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical, product, and commercial teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders internally and externally

Customer Insight Analyst
Location: United States
This is an opportunity to join a data-driven insights team where your analysis will directly influence business strategy, customer engagement, product development, and commercial performance. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders, turning complex data into actionable recommendations that improve customer outcomes and support business growth.

The Role and Deliverables

• Deliver customer, product, and commercial analysis to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain management information reporting and KPI dashboards using Power BI.
• Provide actionable customer insights that support product development, retention, and revenue growth.
• Build forecasting models and support business planning through budget and performance analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders across marketing, commercial, and product teams to inform strategic decision-making.
• Design and evaluate test-and-learn initiatives, measuring the impact of product and customer experience improvements.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience generating customer or commercial insights.
• Proven ability to influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations.
• Experience building reporting solutions and dashboards in Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, or similar data analysis tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capability and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing priorities independently.
