This is a high impact leadership role reporting directly to the VP of Data, leading a growing team and shaping how Data Science supports Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Finance.

What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of 5 Data Scientists and Analysts
- Own the GTM Data Science strategy across acquisition, retention, and expansion

What We're Looking For

The successful Head of Performance Marketing will join an established consumer health and wellness business with a differentiated product, strong brand recognition and an expanding customer base. The business now requires an experienced performance marketing leader who can establish a clear strategy, connect activity across the wider customer journey and ensure marketing investment delivers sustainable commercial growth.
THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Director of Growth, you will lead an existing Performance Marketing team consisting of a Performance Marketing Manager and Senior Performance Marketing Executive.
You will take ownership of the overall performance strategy, assessing the existing channel mix, agency relationships and internal capabilities. You will advise senior leadership on where the business should invest, how performance should be measured and how the function should develop over time.
This is broader than a channel optimisation role. The successful candidate will understand how paid media connects with creative, conversion, CRM, retention and customer lifetime value.
More specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Developing and delivering the overall performance marketing strategy
- Leading and developing an existing team of two
- Managing activity across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging channels
- Assessing the current agency model and determining which capabilities should be developed internally
- Owning performance marketing budgets, forecasting and commercial targets
- Improving customer acquisition efficiency across the complete journey
- Establishing robust measurement frameworks across CAC, LTV, payback and incrementality
- Moving performance assessment beyond platform-reported ROAS
- Working closely with CRM, Creative, Brand, Product and Ecommerce teams

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Head of Performance Marketing will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong performance marketing experience within a DTC or subscription-led business
- Previous experience leading a team or function
- Deep knowledge of paid social and paid search, particularly Meta and Google
- A strong commercial understanding of CAC, LTV, payback, retention and subscription economics
- Experience managing significant performance marketing budgets
- The ability to assess performance beyond individual platform metrics
- Experience connecting paid acquisition with the wider customer journey
- Strong agency management skills and experience assessing in-house versus outsourced capabilities
- Experience working closely with Creative teams to improve paid social performance
- Excellent analytical, strategic and stakeholder management skills
- The confidence to advise and challenge senior leadership
- Experience within health and wellness, food and drink or premium consumer products would be advantageous but is not essential
The business is open to either an established Head of Performance Marketing or an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager who is ready to step into their first Head of role.
THE BENEFITS
The successful Head of Performance Marketing will receive a salary of £90,000-£100,000, alongside a 20% annual bonus based equally on company and individual performance.

Key Responsibilities

The Role
You will lead the organisation’s health data research strategy, developing partnerships and commercial opportunities across healthcare, life sciences, and research.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and managing strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical organisations, contract research organisations, healthcare providers, and data analytics partners
- Identifying opportunities to utilise healthcare and patient data to support research, evidence generation, and clinical development initiatives
- Evaluating and developing commercial health data research offerings that deliver value for partners and the organisation
- Assessing market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities within health data and life sciences
- Leading negotiations and partnership discussions, ensuring strong governance and compliance standards
- Collaborating with product, data, commercial, and leadership teams to align research initiatives with wider business objectives
- Representing the organisation externally and building relationships across the healthcare and research ecosystem
- Contributing to long-term strategy and growth through the development of innovative data partnerships
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in health data research, healthcare analytics, life sciences, clinical research, or a related field
- Experience developing and managing strategic external partnerships
- Knowledge of healthcare data, research methodologies, and the life sciences landscape
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations relating to health data and research collaborations
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify and evaluate new market opportunities
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical, product, and commercial teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders internally and externally

PRODUCT DATA ANALYST
Location: Remote
Experience: 2-4 years
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re hiring a Product Data Analyst to help shape product decisions for a consumer-facing mobile platform used by millions. Approximately 70% of your time will focus on designing, executing, analyzing, and improving A/B tests alongside Product. The remaining 30% will center on product analytics, including ownership of Mixpanel, event tracking, dashboards, QA, and self-service reporting. This is not a traditional, highly technical Data Scientist position. We’re looking for a product-minded analyst or an analytically strong product professional who can pair sound analytical judgment with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
– Partner closely with Product Managers to identify product opportunities, define success metrics, and turn business questions into measurable experiments.
– Design and execute A/B tests, including hypothesis development, experiment setup, audience definition, metric selection, analysis, and recommendations.
– Evaluate experiment results using rigorous analytical methods; clearly communicate findings, tradeoffs, limitations, and next steps to product stakeholders.
– Help establish and improve experimentation standards, including test design, measurement frameworks, documentation, and post-test learnings.
– Own and enhance the Mixpanel analytics environment, ensuring teams can confidently access product performance insights.
– Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reporting, and self-service analytics resources for Product and cross-functional teams.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– 2-4 years of experience in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar analytics role supporting digital products.
– Strong hands-on A/B testing experience, from experimental design and metric selection through analysis, interpretation, and actionable recommendations.
– Experience using Mixpanel or Amplitude for product analytics, behavioral analysis, and dashboard development.
– Strong working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to independently query and analyze product data.
– Demonstrated experience partnering directly with Product Managers and influencing product decisions through data.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience analyzing mobile app products and mobile user behavior.
– Background in a high-experimentation environment, such as consumer technology, growth, marketplaces, subscription products, gaming, or mobile applications.
