Product Analyst II

Location: Fully Remote - anywhere in the U.S.

Compensation: $75-100k base

Overview

A growing digital health and consumer technology organization is seeking a Product Analyst II to join its Data Analytics team. This role will focus on product analytics, experimentation, and insight generation to help drive product strategy and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has experience working with event-level product analytics data, designing and evaluating A/B tests, and translating user behavior insights into actionable recommendations. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to improve product performance and support data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and product experiments to inform strategic product decisions.
  • Develop and enhance product analytics reporting based on event-level user interaction data.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to define success metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks for new initiatives.
  • Analyze user behavior patterns, engagement trends, and feature performance to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that enable stakeholder self-service access to key product metrics.
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure data quality, metric consistency, and effective event-tracking implementation.
  • Promote a culture of experimentation and evidence-based decision-making throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or related analytics role.
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics and event-tracking platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets.
  • Experience using business intelligence and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, Omni, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and experiments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment and collaborate across multiple functions.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting digital consumer products, subscription-based platforms, or mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with product measurement frameworks and experimentation best practices.
