The Role
- Own NLP and AI projects from concept through to production deployment
- Develop models to analyse text, audio, video, and other unstructured data
- Apply both classical NLP techniques and modern LLM approaches
- Build scalable, customer-facing AI products and features
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams
- Contribute to the technical direction of a highly experienced AI function
Your Skills & Experience
- Master’s degree or PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related quantitative field
- Commercial experience building and deploying NLP or ML solutions into production
- Strong understanding of both traditional NLP methods and modern LLMs
- Experience taking products from research or prototype stage through to production
- Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals
- Experience working with large-scale unstructured data
- Exposure to compliance, cybersecurity, financial services, or other regulated environments is beneficial

The work combines Data Science, Economics, and Experimentation, with a strong emphasis on influencing real-world decisions.
The Role
- Apply causal inference techniques to measure the true impact of product and commercial initiatives
- Design and analyse experiments and A/B tests to drive decision-making
- Conduct cannibalisation, value decomposition, and counterfactual analysis
- Develop simulation and offline evaluation frameworks
- Assess models and experiments developed by other teams
- Translate complex findings into clear recommendations for technical and commercial stakeholders
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong background in Data Science, Econometrics, Economics, Statistics, Behavioural Science, or a related quantitative discipline
- Deep understanding of causal reasoning, experimentation, and statistical inference
- Experience with A/B testing, incrementality measurement, treatment effects, or causal modelling
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence business decisions through data
- Master’s degree or PhD in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative field strongly preferred
