CRM Senior Salesforce Administrator (Service Cloud)

London | Outside IR35
This is an opportunity to join a high-profile customer service transformation programme where Salesforce Service Cloud sits at the heart of the operation. You'll work in a small, collaborative team focused on improving contact centre processes, increasing automation, and driving the adoption of AI-powered capabilities through a click-not-code approach.

Salesforce Service Cloud is a critical platform within their technology landscape, and they are investing heavily in improving agent experience and operational efficiency. You will join a small project team where collaboration, ownership, and clear communication are highly valued.

The Role and Deliverables
  • Lead Service Cloud configuration and optimisation across a complex contact centre environment.
  • Design and implement scalable automation using Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools.
  • Support the adoption and enhancement of Einstein AI capabilities within customer service operations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to improve agent workflows, service processes, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage releases and deployments using Gearset and established DevOps best practices.
  • Produce clear documentation covering solutions, configurations, and implementation approaches.
Your Skills & Experience
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud administration and configuration.
  • Proven experience working within contact centre or contact centre environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and a click-not-code delivery approach.
  • Experience implementing or supporting Einstein AI capabilities within Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of CTI integrations, telephony platforms, calltranscripts, and agent workflow optimisation.
  • Experience using Gearset and working within a Salesforce DevOps framework.
  • Ability to communicate complex solutions clearly and maintain high-quality documentation.
  • Demonstrable examples of delivering successful Service Cloud, Einstein AI, CTI, and DevOps projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively within a small project team.
