The Role

Influencer Marketing Manager | £60,000 | Surrey (Hybrid)
A fast-growing consumer brand is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join its ambitious Growth team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an influencer specialist who enjoys building strong creator partnerships, managing campaigns end-to-end and using insights to drive growth.
You’ll be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with creators, managing partnerships, negotiating commercial terms and analysing campaign performance to help shape future activity.
You’ll be involved in:

Building and managing creator relationships across multiple platforms

Planning and delivering influencer campaigns from start to finish

Working with internal teams and external partners to maximise campaign impact

Monitoring performance and using data to improve future activity

Supporting the continued growth of the influencer channel
We’re looking for someone who:
-
Has experience managing influencer campaigns within a consumer brand environment
-
Understands how to build successful creator partnerships
-
Is commercially minded and comfortable working with performance data

Has experience managing budgets and negotiating with creators or agencies
-
Is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Experience across DTC, health, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, fashion or subscription brands would be highly relevant.
Role details:
Surrey (hybrid working, ideally 3 days in office)
£60,000 salary

Customer Insights Analyst
£50,000 – £60,000
Hybrid – Lancashire (3x days per week)
This is an opportunity to step into a high impact customer insight role where your analysis directly shapes marketing strategy, customer experience, and commercial performance. You will work with rich customer and patient data to influence how a large, service led organisation engages, retains, and grows its customer base.

Data and insight sit at the heart of their decision making, with strong collaboration across marketing, operations, and product teams. The business values thoughtful analysis, ethical data use, and turning insight into meaningful action.
The Role
You will focus on unlocking actionable insight across the full customer lifecycle, supporting CRM performance, retention, and personalisation. Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing CRM, POS, digital, and survey data to identify behavioural trends and growth opportunities
- Supporting campaign targeting and optimisation through segmentation, cohort analysis, and predictive insight
- Developing dashboards that connect customer behaviour to commercial KPIs such as conversion, retention, and lifetime value
- Leading analysis of satisfaction and advocacy data using sentiment and key driver approaches
- Delivering clear, executive ready insights to non technical stakeholders
- Partnering with marketing, operations, and product teams to improve lifecycle communications and service delivery
- Ensuring GDPR and data governance standards are met in all analysis and reporting
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience in customer insight, CRM analytics, or lifecycle analysis
- Confident using SQL and Python for data analysis
- Experience with BI and visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Solid understanding of segmentation, retention, and campaign performance metrics
- Comfortable working with multi channel CRM data including email, SMS, and direct marketing
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
