We're partnering with an innovative company in the energy sector that is building next-generation, AI-powered production optimization solutions. They are seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager to own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a suite of intelligent tools that drive operational efficiency across complex industrial environments.

This is a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of AI/ML, industrial systems (IT/OT), and product leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Own and define the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for AI-driven production optimization platforms

  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, data science, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Translate complex industrial and operational challenges into technical product requirements
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, development, launch, and iteration
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics tied to production efficiency, cost reduction, and system performance
  • Act as a bridge between IT and OT environments, ensuring seamless integration of digital and physical systems
  • Stay current on emerging AI/ML technologies and identify opportunities for innovation within industrial workflows

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years leading technical or AI-driven products
  • Strong background in AI/ML workflows (model development lifecycle, deployment, monitoring, and iteration)
  • Experience working in industrial, energy, manufacturing, or similar OT-heavy environments
  • Demonstrated success owning product strategy and delivering complex, data-driven platforms
  • Deep understanding of IT/OT integration, industrial data systems, and real-time analytics
  • Strong technical fluency being comfortable working with engineering and data science teams at a detailed level
  • Proven ability to build frameworks, processes, and scalable product systems from the ground up
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with production optimization, predictive maintenance, or industrial IoT platforms
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data infrastructure
  • Background in energy (oil & gas, renewables, utilities) or heavy industry
