Key responsibilities:
Own and deliver the organic search strategy across multiple websites.

The Role
You will lead PPC and SEO strategy, taking ownership of performance and growth across key digital channels. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimising Google Ads activity, including Performance Max and Shopping campaigns
- Owning the development and execution of a scalable PPC strategy focused on revenue, ROAS and lead quality
- Leading SEO direction across product categories, working cross-functionally with content, development and product teams
- Improving attribution, tracking accuracy and data reliability using tools such as GA4 and server-side tracking
- Integrating CRM and tracking data into campaign optimisation and reporting
- Managing product feeds and platforms such as Google Merchant Centre and Search Console

Your Skills & Experience
You will bring strong hands-on experience across performance marketing and analytics, including:

What you’ll own

- Own production revenue forecasting end-to-end: model development, backtesting, deployment, monitoring, and iteration from first principles to live system
- Build forecasting systems that account for usage-based pricing dynamics, consumption patterns, and customer lifecycle across the platform, built for how this business actually works, not retrofitted SaaS models
- Design hierarchical forecasting models across account, cohort, segment, and global aggregate levels, covering operational, quarterly, and long-range planning cycles
- Establish backtesting, monitoring, and explainability standards that make forecast accuracy transparent and defensible
- Build scenario simulation frameworks to evaluate pricing changes, packaging adjustments, and product launches
- Partner with Finance on board-level reporting, with Infrastructure Engineering on capacity planning, and with Product and GTM on adoption curves and usage drivers
