The Role
You will play a role in delivering data-driven insights across digital campaigns and customer journeys.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Leading post campaign analysis to evaluate performance and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Delivering customer journey reporting across multiple digital touchpoints
  • Building and maintaining dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Working with large datasets using SQL and Python to generate insights
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions
  • Supporting test and learn methodologies, including A/B testing and campaign optimisation
  • Mentoring junior analysts and contributing to best practice within the team
Your Skills and Experience
  • Commercial experience in marketing analytics within an agency or consultancy environment
  • Experience in digital analytics, including web and social performance measurement - GTM, Google Analytics
  • Proven ability to deliver post campaign analysis and customer journey insights
  • Experience with SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Understanding of tagging, attribution and digital measurement frameworks
  • Stakeholder management skills with the ability to present insights clearly
