Senior Marketing Data Analyst
London, Hybrid

The Role
You will act as a key partner to marketing and product teams, using data to optimise campaign performance and improve customer outcomes.
  • Analyse marketing campaign performance across digital channels
  • Provide insights on acquisition, lifecycle value, attribution, engagement, and retention
  • Support segmentation and targeting strategies through data analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI
  • Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting solutions
  • Develop and manage data pipelines to enable scalable analytics workflows
  • Act as the go-to expert for marketing data and performance insights
Your Skills and Experience
  • Strong commercial experience in analytics within a marketing or digital environment
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience building data pipelines with tools such as DBT or Airflow
  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, GTM, Braze, Appsflyer, or Firebase
  • Strong understanding of experimentation, A B testing, and attribution modelling
  • Experience developing KPIs and performance frameworks for marketing
  • Proficiency with data visualisation tools such as Looker
  • Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insight
