Marketing Analyst
Hybrid - 2/3 days in office, Wiltishire
Salary up to £50,000

This is a commercially focused Marketing Analyst role where insight drives action. You will work at the heart of marketing decision making, using experimentation and customer analysis to optimise performance across acquisition and CRM channels. The emphasis is on impact, not reporting, with a strong test and learn culture and real influence over marketing strategy.

The Company
They are a data led organisation operating in a fast paced, customer focused environment. Marketing plays a central role in driving growth across both digital and physical channels, with a strong focus on understanding customer behaviour end to end. Analytics is embedded within the business, partnering closely with marketing teams to enable smarter, evidence based decisions. Collaboration and curiosity are key to how they work.

The Role
  • Partner with marketing channel leads across paid search, paid social and CRM to improve campaign performance.
  • Analyse marketing activity across the funnel to understand acquisition, conversion and customer value.
  • Design and evaluate experiments to test creatives, audiences, messaging and channel strategies.
  • Run incrementality tests and support the development of robust measurement and attribution approaches.
  • Analyse customer lifecycle behaviour to improve retention, reactivation and purchase frequency.
  • Build and refine customer segments to support more targeted and effective marketing activity.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for non technical stakeholders.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Strong commercial experience analysing marketing or customer data to drive growth.
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience working on large, complex datasets.
  • Experience using Python or R for analysis, experimentation or statistical modelling.
  • Strong understanding of experiment design, statistical testing and measurement.
  • Exposure to incrementality testing and attribution approaches, with marketing mix modelling knowledge beneficial.
  • Experience working across digital marketing channels such as paid search, paid social and CRM.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence decision making across teams.
