The Role

- Experience using Python for data analysis is highly desirable
- Experience building dashboards in Power BI, or similar tools such as Tableau or Qlik
- Confidence working with ambiguous or incomplete data and asking the right questions
- Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to clients
- Consultancy or client facing experience is highly advantageous

You will work across a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients, delivering insight-led testing strategies that genuinely influence digital performance and customer experience.

The Role
You will lead end-to-end optimisation programmes, partnering closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results.
- Own the experimentation lifecycle from ideation through to analysis and recommendations
- Develop hypotheses based on data, user behaviour, and business objectives
- Plan and manage testing roadmaps aligned to client goals
- Analyse experiment results and provide clear, actionable insights
- Deliver detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders
- Lead regular client check-ins and strategy discussions
- Maintain clear documentation of tests, outcomes, and learnings
- Collaborate with technical and analytics teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Use tools such as Jira and Tempo to manage workflow and timesheets
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in conversion rate optimisation and experimentation
- Confident designing and analysing A/B and multivariate tests
- Experience working with experimentation platforms such as VWO or similar
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations
- Experience working in agency, vendor, or in-house environments
- Solid understanding of digital analytics and user behaviour
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and client accounts
