Egham (Hybrid)
£60,000 + Bonus
I’m working with a fast-growing experimentation platform that’s hiring a Conversion Optimisation Consultant to take real ownership of client programmes and drive measurable impact through testing, data and UX.
This isn’t a “run tests and report back” role – you’ll be trusted to lead strategy, influence stakeholders, and shape how some well-known brands approach optimisation.
The Role
- Own a portfolio of clients and act as their main point of contact
- Lead optimisation roadmaps and testing strategies
- Develop hypotheses using data, UX insights and experimentation best practice
- Manage the full experimentation lifecycle
- Run weekly check-ins and quarterly strategy sessions with stakeholders
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive performance
About You
- 3+ years in CRO, Digital Marketing, Web Analytics or UX
- Experience in a client-facing or stakeholder-heavy role
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-led decision making
- Solid understanding of web technologies (and able to explain them clearly)
- Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects
