THE ROLE

Education

The Role
- Own end-to-end tag implementation using Google Tag Manager across web platforms
- Work closely with stakeholders to define tracking requirements and deliver solutions independently
- Build and maintain data layers to support accurate and scalable tracking
- Implement, test and debug tags, triggers and variables to ensure data quality
- Support mobile app tracking initiatives, with exposure to tools such as GA4 and Firebase
- Partner with product, UX and development teams to embed tracking into digital journeys
- Ensure all implementations are compliant with GDPR and cookie consent requirements
- Act as a confident point of contact for non-technical stakeholders, translating requirements into delivery
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience implementing tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Proven ability to set up tagging directly, rather than purely analysing or reporting
- Solid understanding of data layers, tag configuration and QA processes
- Experience working within GDPR and cookie consent frameworks
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in an agency or fast-paced, cross-functional environment is highly beneficial
- Interest in developing skills in mobile app tracking and new analytics tools
