This is a high-impact, leadership role responsible for defining and executing the strategy for end-to-end supply chain planning, while modernizing the technology, systems, and processes that power it.

This role sits within a centralized Supply Chain Solutions organization and operates at the intersection of business, technology, and manufacturing, acting as the ultimate owner of planning capabilities and outcomes.

You will lead a global team and play a critical role in enabling scalable growth through smarter demand signals, optimized inventory, and tightly integrated planning systems.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end enterprise planning across demand, supply, inventory, and capacity
  • Drive alignment between demand, manufacturing, and financial plans to ensure executable outcomes
  • Define and lead the planning technology strategy, including system modernization and advanced planning platforms
  • Partner with manufacturing to enable capacity planning, scenario modeling, and operational optimization
  • Lead and scale a global team of leaders, building capabilities and standardizing processes
  • Drive transformation and change management to ensure adoption of new systems and ways of working

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

  • 10+ years in supply chain planning, with significant leadership experience
  • Proven success leading enterprise-wide planning transformations
  • Experience with modern planning systems and platforms (e.g., SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, o9)
  • Strong preference for:
  • Semiconductor manufacturing
  • Complex global manufacturing environments
  • Retail/consumer-driven supply chains with sophisticated demand signals
