Senior Marketing Analyst

The Role

This role focuses on delivering hands‑on marketing and customer analytics while guiding clients on measurement approaches, including how to interpret and challenge marketing mix modelling. It combines technical analysis with client‑facing communication to help brands understand campaign performance, customer behaviour, and opportunities for optimisation.

  • Manage analytics delivery across multiple accounts, providing clear insights on campaign performance and customer behaviour.
  • Lead conversations on marketing measurement, including marketing mix modelling, helping clients understand approaches, limitations, and best practice.
  • Analyse large datasets to understand audience performance, transactional behaviour, customer value, and marketing impact.
  • Translate analytical outputs into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to shape data‑driven marketing strategies.
  • Carry out hands‑on data manipulation and custom analysis to guide client decision making.
  • Support internal development by helping colleagues interpret and communicate analytical findings.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Solid understanding of customer and marketing analytics such as lifetime value, churn, targeting, and post‑campaign evaluation.
  • Strong commercial experience in marketing, media, or customer analytics.
  • Confident discussing marketing mix modelling principles or econometrics with clients.
  • Strong statistical literacy, including concepts such as randomised experiments and model uncertainty.
  • Proficient in SQL and at least one business intelligence tool.
  • Skilled at presenting insights clearly and simplifying technical topics.
