THE COMPANY
I am working with a globally renowned insurer on a customer-centric analytical hire. You will utilise SQL & Python to optimise retention and acquisition, reduce churn and implement strategies to boost sales through data-driven insights and analysis.
THE ROLE
The successful Senior Customer Analyst responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement strategies to boost sales performance through data-driven insights and analysis
- Analyse customer behaviour and preferences to identify retention opportunities and design effective retention programs
- Monitor and improve key customer metrics to ensure alignment with business goals
- Conduct rigorous testing on email campaigns to optimize engagement and conversion rates
- Utilise data analytics to increase customer lifetime value and enhance profitability
- Develop lookalike models to identify potential customers interested in multiple products, driving cross-selling opportunities
- Implement strategies to minimize customer lapse and churn rates through proactive analysis and intervention
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Senior Customer Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a data analyst or senior analyst, with a focus on improving sales and customer metrics
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis

- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a cloud environment.
- Azure certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, or Azure DevOps Engineer are highly desirable.

- Engaging in two-week sprint cycles

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
