THE ROLE

As a Senior Customer Analyst in this company, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Analyse customer data to gain insights into behaviour and preferences
  • Use statistical models to predict customer trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop actionable recommendations to improve the customer experience and drive sales
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development
  • Continuously monitor and analyse industry trends and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Senior Customer Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong experience with SQL
  • Exposure to Python/R
  • Excellent understanding of customer analytics
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Comfortable utilising data visualisation tools
  • Experience building segmentation and propensity models

THE BENEFITS

The successful Senior Customer Analyst will receive a salary of between £45,000 - £60,000
