LEAD PRODUCT ANALYST - LONDON

THE COMPANY

I am supporting a high-growth fintech on a pivotal Lead level Product Analyst hire. Please not, no sponsorship is available for this role.

THE ROLE

The successful Lead Product Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests to evaluate product changes and improve customer experiences
  • Use SQL to query, analyse, and visualise product data, identifying key insights and making recommendations to support product strategies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to ensure alignment on KPIs and success metrics
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track product performance and provide real-time insights to stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Lead Product Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

  • Highly experienced in a product analytics role, with a focus on A/B testing and experimentation
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to query complex datasets and build optimised queries
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Demonstrated experience in working with large datasets, data cleaning, and validation
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

THE BENEFITS
