This is an exciting opportunity to support a global brand undergoing a major push to scale its digital sales operation. You will work directly with the Head of of Digital Sales and play a key role in shaping how they grow Ecommerce performance across web and app journeys.

The Role and Deliverables
- Build a clear Ecommerce performance baseline and create a consistent weekly reporting approach.
- Analyse web journeys using GA4 and Databricks, identifying drop-off points and conversion issues across core flows.
- Deep dive into landing page issues from both paid and organic channels and highlight high-impact fixes.
- Assess opportunities across onboarding, abandonment and upsell journeys, supporting CRM with insight-led recommendations.
- Provide quick-turnaround analysis across web and app data, including exploration of Amplitude data where relevant.
- Act as a close analytical partner to the EVP, shaping priorities and feeding recommendations into product and
- CRM teams.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong SQL capability and experience querying data in Databricks.
- Proficient in Google Analytics 4 for web journey and conversion analysis.
- Ability to extract actionable insights quickly in a fast-paced, start-up style environment.
- Comfortable working across both web and app data sets and advising on customer journey optimisation.
- Collaborative mindset with experience influencing product, CRM or digital teams.
