A growing unsecured consumer lender has a new growth role in the collections department that will hopefully be leading to progressing to a head of role for the successful candidate.
THE COMPANY
This unsecured personal lender who operate through aggregator sites need a collections lead to drive strategy forward on the collections operations and risk strategy front. They provide flexible remote working arrangements, a car allowance and strong bonus & pension.
THE ROLE
You can expect to be involved in the following day to day:
- Champion customer outcomes by evolving approach to vulnerable customers and forbearance
- Lead and inspire both internal teams and external partners, holding accountability for productivity, quality, service delivery, and cost efficiency
- Design and execute a forward-thinking strategy for collections and recoveries that aligns with broader business goals and supports scalable growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure a cohesive and integrated collections approach
- Drive data-led initiatives to enhance performance across the collections and recoveries lifecycle

- Supporting registration and audience growth initiatives with robust analytics
- Building dashboards and reports to track KPIs for different business areas
- Partnering with Marketing, CRM, and Promotions teams to deliver actionable insights
- Contributing to experimentation and A/B testing projects as this capability expands
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Strong SQL skills (BigQuery experience highly desirable)
- Experience in analytics, ideally within customer, marketing, or media environments
- Exposure to data visualisation tools (Tableau preferred, but flexible on others)
- Proven ability to manage projects independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

CRM MANAGER – GAMBLING

With around 100 employees worldwide, it delivers a wide range of sportsbook and casino products, focusing on user experience, localisation, and engagement through data-driven CRM and digital marketing. Operations span across Europe and Latin America, with the UK as a key market and Mexico as one of its fastest-growing regions.
THE ROLE
This is a high-impact CRM leadership role where you’ll shape and execute the retention strategy across multiple markets, with a strong focus on the UK. Reporting into the Head of Casino, you’ll also work closely with senior stakeholders, including direct exposure to the CEO.
You’ll take ownership of CRM campaigns and lifecycle strategies, managing a small team while remaining hands-on with execution. Success in this role will be defined by your ability to deliver personalised, data-led communications that drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
You’ll be instrumental in:
- Developing customer segmentation and lifecycle journeys across multiple territories
- Planning and executing multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app)
- Monitoring player behaviour daily to deliver targeted offers and personalised messaging
- Driving optimisation through A/B testing, reporting, and performance insights
- Leading projects such as onboarding new casino operators, optimising game layouts, and building automated lifecycle campaigns
SKILLS
- CRM experience in the iGaming space
- Strong track record delivering multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app)
- Data-driven mindset, confident in analysing performance and making recommendations
- Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
- Proactive communicator with confidence engaging senior leadership
