The app is already live, and the next phase is to bolt on new functionality around data visualisation, compliance, recognition, and performance metrics - giving staff and managers real visibility into performance while celebrating success through engaging dashboards.

This is a contract opportunity to play a key role in shaping how data is presented and consumed within the app.

The Role

As a Contract iOS App Developer, you will:

Integrate new data visualisation features into an existing app using SwiftUI.
Work closely with UX designers, data engineers, and product managers to deliver a seamless experience.
Shape and prepare the data in the first phase (SQL, ETL pipelines from Teradata to AWS).
Deliver visually appealing and intuitive dashboards that make performance data clear and engaging.
Collaborate with a wider team - this is not a solo build, but a project with multiple stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

The Project
The current app (v1) enables staff to record observations, customer service interactions, and key performance indicators. The next phase is to integrate data visualisation modules, allowing staff to view curated performance data in a simple, engaging way. These new features will help drive visibility, improve engagement, and support ongoing performance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and integrate new data visualisation features into the existing iOS app
Write SQL for ETL processes (primarily on Teradata), moving data into AWS Cloud
Translate datasets into accessible, engaging visualisations
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and iterate improvements
