Talent Acquisition Manager

Talent Acquisition Manager
Phoenix, Biltmore Area – 3 days in office
Basic DOE, circa $70,000–$85,000 + commission + extensive benefits
Join a global recruitment business in a high-impact internal role with real autonomy and future leadership scope.
Harnham is the world’s largest recruitment consultancy dedicated to Data & Analytics. With offices across the UK, US, and Europe, we’re an award-winning business with an entrepreneurial culture and big growth ambitions in the US. We’re now hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead internal hiring for our Phoenix office.
What’s the role?
This is a new role that’s been created to build out an IR function in our Phoenix office, you’ll take full ownership of end-to-end hiring for our US business, supporting experienced hires as well as bringing in new talent through our early careers programs.
This is a hands-on delivery role with high autonomy and lots of variety – you’ll work closely with hiring managers, own the candidate journey, and shape our US hiring strategy alongside our UK-based Head of People and IR team.
Over time, and depending on business growth, there’s real scope to build and lead a US TA team. This is a great step-up opportunity for someone looking to grow into a leadership role.
What we’re looking for:
  • Recruitment experience — ideally from both agency and in-house, or strong agency experience with a genuine interest in transitioning to internal
  • You understand the world of staffing: what motivates consultants, what makes a placement successful, and how to spot potential
  • You’re self-motivated, organised, and happy to work independently – though you’ll have regular support from the UK (including structured 1:1s and a very strong onboarding programme), this is a solo role in the US (for now!)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly
  • Previous experience mentoring or coaching others would be a plus
Why Harnham?
Market leaders with a great story
We’re specialists, not generalists – and we’re the biggest in the world at what we do. That means we have a strong reputation, long-term client relationships, and a genuinely interesting proposition to take to market.
Investment in learning & development
From day one, you’ll have access to in-depth onboarding, a structured L&D program, and regular training – not just to support your success in this role, but to prepare you for the leadership journey ahead.
Commission & reward
We offer commission on every hire you make, plus future earnings tied to team growth when you step into a leadership role.
Culture that feels different
We know every company says this, but our culture genuinely stands out. We’re a sociable, collaborative team that takes our work seriously but not ourselves. You’ll be part of a fun, supportive team that values autonomy, creativity, and having a good laugh along the way.
