Recruitment Manager – Full-Desk & Team Leadership Experience Needed
Location: Onsite in Phoenix (near the Biltmore District)
We’re hiring a Manager to join our Phoenix office. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with proven success running a desk and managing recruiters. If you know how to build and structure a team, develop junior consultants into top performers, and drive business growth, we’d like to speak with you.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, providing guidance, structure, and accountability
- Run your desk while also supporting the success of your team
- Drive business development through outreach, meetings, and market knowledge
- Set clear expectations, coach performance, and help your team reach individual and team targets
- Bring energy and structure to the office, leading by example in sales, service, and execution
What We’re Looking For
- You’ve worked a full 360 recruitment desk and currently manage a team
- You know how to coach and develop junior recruiters to hit goals and grow their desks
- You’re confident in new business development and building client relationships from scratch
- You bring a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and team leadership
- You’re looking for a role where you can make an impact and help shape the growth of a team
- You’re able to work onsite in our Phoenix office at least 4 days a week
