Office Administrator – Part time

Office based in South West London
Salary up to £28000 – £32000 FTE plus holidays, pension, gym allowance
Starting as soon as possible

We were founded in 2006 in our CEO’s living room just around the corner from our office now with our Co-founders still being involved with the day to day runnings of the business. We’ve grown to over 200 employees globally as well as opened offices in New York, Phoenix and Amsterdam.
Who are we looking for?
  • Someone who is friendly, personable and has a positive approach to solving problems
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone
  • Confident with working with a range of people and seniorities
  • This is a very autonomous role so previous experience is desirable 
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Customer service experience – either over the phone or in person
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a variety of tasks
