Our Phoenix office really is one of true convenience.
Located in Biltmore and within easy walk of stores such as Fry’s, True Foods or Trader Joes for grabbing those after-work essentials, as well as a shopping centre just 2 minutes walk over the bridge.
Here you will also find a plethora of coffee shops and restaurants to enjoy a break or time with colleagues.
THE OFFICE
Located on the 4th Floor, our office is a beautifully maintained and fitted We Work space.
With gorgeous views and 24-hour key card access, it is a safe and welcoming environment. It is a young and vibrant demographic.
Sharing the building with other businesses means there is always something to get involved in – from margarita days to costume contests.
AMENITIES
Inside our office, we have plenty on offer.Â
Collaboration and support is actively encouraged by the impressive facilities. With lounge areas to relax or exchange ideas, optional standing desks and private rooms or corridors to pace for phone calls.There is an outside patio to make the most of the Arizona sunshine or a gym to help you start or finish your day on a high.
The common area is used by everyone to eat lunch together – either bringing your own or from the nearby deli. There are the popular additions of free teas/coffees, Kombucha, cold drinks, snacks, as well as a pool table and Pacman machine.
The office whiteboard takes pride of place – complete with sales stats, but most importantly, that week’s Trivia winner (a proud achievement!).
CULTURE
Culture at Harnham Phoenix is easily defined. As most people come from outside of Arizona to work here, it has a unique culture all of its own.
This tight knit community means you will never be lonely in or out of work.
Whether it’s the hype of the Friday 4pm Trivia (and believe us this is seriously competitive) or Golf, hiking in the Camelback mountains, yoga or cycle classes that take your fancy – there is always someone to do it with you.
Days at the pool or park, escape rooms, First Friday at Roosevelt Row, or a trip to the mall – the social scene is never dull.
Total wellbeing is high on the agenda and Moku – the resident emotional support dog - is a popular visitor.
THE SURROUDING AREA
Now the 5th biggest city in the US, living in Phoenix is truly like living in a vacation destination.
There are so many attractions, resorts, hikes, museums, and restaurants to pick from.
You can enjoy the executive life during the week, explore fun downtown vibes on the weekend, and still manage to find yourself hiking in the middle of the desert while never leaving Phoenix.
And that’s before we even mention the golf or local vineyards.
If all the outside attractions of Phoenix are not enough, then you can even escape the sun and head to the ski slopes –under 2 hours’ drive away.
COMMUTING
We are an easy commute from the city centre or surrounding areas of Scotsdale or Tempe.
You can take public transport from mid-town or downtown Phoenix, but in reality, everyone drives to the office.
Travel by car means no commute is more than 20-30 minutes.
The HUGE benefit of the Phoenix office is that it comes complete with free underground parking – saving not only hundreds of dollars on monthly charges, but providing easy access and keeping your car cool too!
