INDUSTRY: Fintech

A high-growth, consumer-focused organization is looking for a Vice President of Marketing Analytics to lead the transformation of its marketing analytics function. This is a unique opportunity to build a modern, agile analytics organization from the ground up, supporting a large-scale marketing operation and collaborating directly with executive leadership.

With strong investment in data and technology, this company is seeking an analytics leader who can bring structure, scale, and strategy to a high-volume, performance-driven environment.

THE ROLE

Reporting to a senior strategy executive and working closely with the CMO, CFO, and growth leaders, this individual will take ownership of marketing performance analytics, lead a growing team, and drive full-stack measurement across all paid and organic channels.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role-ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings and can align analytics with broader business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and mentor a small team of analysts and a director; shape future org design as the function scales
  • Overhaul the marketing analytics stack, integrating data from sources like Salesforce, GA, Snowflake, Ads platforms, etc.
  • Develop and operationalize MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) and MTA (Multi-Touch Attribution) frameworks
  • Collaborate with digital, brand, and partnerships teams to develop and implement test-and-learn strategies
  • Align closely with sales analytics to unify metrics across the customer funnel
  • Build foundational dashboards and SQL-based reporting to support real-time decision-making
  • Partner with senior leadership to inform the long-term data and analytics strategy

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years in analytics with several years in a leadership capacity
  • Deep experience with marketing performance analytics in a high-volume environment
  • Strong SQL skills and comfort with modern data stacks (Snowflake, GA, Sigma, etc.)
  • Experience applying MMM and MTA methodologies (does not need to have built them from scratch)
  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on leadership style with a proactive, strategic mindset
