A primary financial services company focused on leveraging advanced technology, predictive analytics and data science to enhance customer experience and drive better financial outcomes.

The Role

The VP, Marketing Analytics will be a thought leader within the business, using their technical experience and strategic mindset to scale systems and teams across the marketing analytics function.

  • Lead and mentor a small but growing team of analysts and a director; provide hands-on support while planning for future org design.
  • Own the overhaul and modernization of the marketing analytics stack-including integrating data from disparate sources.
  • Design and implement scalable measurement frameworks using MTA and MMM methodologies.
  • Partner closely with leaders across digital marketing, brand and partnerships to develop and deploy testing strategies that inform budget and creative decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally with the sales analytics team to ensure consistent KPIs and unified insights across the customer funnel.
  • Drive adoption of advanced analytics and reporting-building foundational dashboards and SQL-based reporting that support real-time decision-making.
  • Influence long-term data and tech strategy in collaboration with executive leadership.

Your Skills & Experience

The candidate that will be successful in this role is someone who comes from a high volume industry, with proven experience been a thought leader & strategic in their current role.

  • Proven leadership experience in marketing analytics within a high lead volume industry.
  • Deep technical expertise.
  • Strong SQL proficiency.
  • Experience with modern data stacks.
  • Hands-on experience applying MMM and MTA frameworks but you won't be building them in this role.
  • Ability to think strategically while being comfortable getting into the weeds with the team.
  • A proactive and assertive personality who can influence, challenge, and inspire at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with senior stakeholders.
