THE ROLE

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Integration Infrastructure team, you will lead the design and development of scalable integration systems. This includes building third-party API connectors for ERP application.

  • Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement integration infrastructure with 99.999% uptime and real-time data sync.
  • API Development: Build and maintain secure, scalable connectors for ERP and healthcare platforms.
  • Hands-On Engineering: Write clean, efficient code and conduct code reviews to uphold technical excellence.
  • Best Practices: Drive standards for testing, observability, and performance monitoring.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate integration requirements into technical solutions in partnership with internal and external teams.
  • Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision and roadmap.

YOUR SKILLS

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in distributed systems and third-party integrations.
  • Strong background in languages such as Ruby, Python, or TypeScript.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerisation, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Deep understanding of API design (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and integration patterns.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
