They are seeking a Senior Gen AI Engineer with at least five years of Databricks experience and the ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Candidate Profile
-
2-4 years’ experience in analytics (digital, marketing or consultancy background desirable).
-
Strong SQL and Python skills, with a good grounding in statistics.
-
Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
-
Hands-on dashboarding experience (Looker Studio, Tableau or similar).
-
Comfortable working directly with clients and explaining insights to non-technical stakeholders.
-
2:1 degree or above in a STEM or Social Sciences subject (or equivalent experience).

Senior Data Analyst – Dating App
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our fast-growing dating product team. In this role, you’ll drive insights that directly shape product strategy, user experience, and feature development.
Key Responsibilities

Own analysis of key dating funnel metrics (sign-ups, matches, retention, conversions).

Build dashboards to track engagement and performance across markets.

Design and analyse A/B tests to validate new product features.

Provide clear insights that influence product, marketing, and leadership decisions.
Ideal Candidate

8+ years’ experience in data analytics, ideally in consumer apps or online platforms.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

Experience working with subscription, engagement, or conversion funnel data.

Strong communicator, able to present complex findings in simple, actionable ways.
