Senior Manager, Strategy & Analytics - Retail Operations

You will lead a team of talented analysts focused on evolving the future of our sales organization. This is a high-impact position with visibility across senior leadership, designed for someone eager to influence the direction of a major retail brand's digital and in-store experience. Your work will help integrate online and physical channels into a seamless customer journey and elevate operational effectiveness across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Redefine the role of sales teams and managers through new KPIs, accountability structures, and data systems that drive results.
  • Partner with product teams to pilot and evaluate tools that enhance the customer and associate experience in-store.
  • Analyze inputs that affect staffing needs and wait times, and develop strategies for seasonal workforce planning.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team, fostering growth and collaboration
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to inform strategic roadmaps with data-backed insights
  • Assess potential business impacts of strategic initiatives and recommend optimal paths forward
  • Drive measurable outcomes through KPI definition, dashboard development, and operational management systems
  • Deliver clear, compelling recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance (MBA or related advanced degree preferred)
  • 6+ years of experience in a strategic or analytical capacity
  • Strong analytical foundation, including hands-on experience with large datasets (SQL proficiency preferred)
  • Proven success in leading and mentoring analytical talent
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence executive decision-making
