The Company:

This company serves as an online program manager, assisting universities in converting traditional brick-and-mortar programs into accelerated online formats. They handle digital marketing, application support, and online marketing to attract and retain students, providing continuous support once enrolled. In this role, you will need end-to-end machine learning model-building experience. The best candidate will be impact-oriented, driven, ambitious, and entrepreneurial, with a growth mindset focused on personal and peer development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver high-impact data science initiatives across marketing analytics, including marketing mix modeling (MMM), Google Ads optimization, and attribution modeling.
  • Support and expand ongoing projects in churn prediction, lead scoring, and customer segmentation to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Innovation, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI/ML application and operationalize solutions into the business.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects - scoping, experimentation, model development, and delivery - with a focus on actionable impact.
  • Mentor and guide teammates, with a clear growth path into management and eventual responsibility for direct reports.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven track record of delivering production-level machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions that drive business impact.
  • Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and Databricks (or similar platforms).
  • Strong background in marketing analytics (MMM, attribution modeling, paid media optimization, customer segmentation) and experience with churn prediction or lead scoring.
  • Ability to translate complex analyses into clear insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading workstreams or teams, with the ability to grow into a formal people management role.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and measurable results.
