What You’ll Be Doing

The Role
* Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions tailored to client needs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into technical approaches.
* Lead discovery sessions and support the design of AI roadmaps and architectures.
* Implement and optimise models using modern LLM frameworks and cloud environments.
* Work on client site in the Netherlands around two to three days per week.
* Support best practices around security, governance, and responsible AI.
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong capability in building and deploying Generative AI or LLM-based applications.
* Proven ability to work directly with stakeholders and communicate complex ideas clearly.
* Experience with cloud platforms, MLOps tooling, and modern AI frameworks.
* Ability to work in a consultancy or client-facing environment.
* Fluency in Dutch and English.

The Role
You will lead a centralised Analytics and MI team, operating as a shared service across multiple business units including Finance, Marketing, and senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
* Evolving the function from reporting to actionable insight.
* Embedding AI tools into analytics workflows.
* Driving automation and improvements to data structures.
* Supporting the rollout of a new decision engine platform.
* Managing stakeholder relationships and prioritising work across diverse teams.
* Balancing leadership with hands-on analytical delivery.
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong experience leading Analytics or MI teams within a data-rich environment.
* Ability to translate data into clear commercial insight.
* Hands-on technical capability in SQL and Python.
* Familiarity with modern data tools such as Snowflake and Power BI or similar platforms.
* Experience using AI tools or automation in analytics workflows.
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
* Background in financial services is helpful but not essential.
