THE COMPANY

This established consumer-focused organization operates nationwide, generating over half a billion dollars in annual revenue. Having grown steadily for more than a decade - without relying on outside advertising investment - the company is now expanding its Revenue Analytics function to unify analytics efforts across sales, marketing, and finance.

They combine the stability of a proven business model with the energy of a digital transformation, investing heavily in modern data infrastructure and analytics innovation. The environment is fast-moving and collaborative, offering the chance to directly impact how revenue is measured and maximized across the organization.

THE ROLE

As the Revenue Analytics Manager, you'll lead analytical initiatives that drive measurable impact on revenue growth, conversion efficiency, and retention. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments and enjoys working cross-functionally to uncover opportunities across the customer funnel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining SQL-based dashboards and automated reporting pipelines for forecasting and performance tracking

  • Designing and analyzing A/B tests and experiments to improve lead conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value

  • Modeling churn, ROI, and key revenue metrics such as LTV, ARPU, and unit economics to identify growth levers

  • Partnering with sales, marketing, and finance to translate data into actionable business insights

  • Developing BI visualizations (Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI) to track funnel performance and optimize conversion

  • Supporting initiatives that improve pricing, engagement, and acquisition efficiency across all revenue streams

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You'll bring deep analytical expertise, strong technical skills, and a commercial mindset to connect insights directly to business impact.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6+ years of analytics experience focused on revenue, forecasting, or conversion optimization

  • Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI)

  • Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake

  • Proven success with experimentation and A/B testing frameworks

  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

  • Experience in consumer, fintech, eCommerce, or subscription-based organizations - especially those optimizing or purchasing leads

  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment
