With over a decade of steady growth, they're now expanding their Revenue Analytics function to strengthen data-driven decision-making across all go-to-market teams. THE ROLE

As a Revenue Analytics Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how the company measures, forecasts, and optimizes revenue. You'll collaborate closely with finance, sales, and marketing partners to uncover insights that directly influence revenue outcomes and customer value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building SQL-based dashboards and automated reporting pipelines for forecasting and performance tracking
  • Designing and analyzing A/B tests and experiments to optimize lead conversion and retention
  • Analyzing key metrics like churn, LTV, ARPU, and unit economics to identify growth opportunities
  • Translating complex data into actionable business insights for senior stakeholders
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to improve ROI, pricing, and engagement strategies
  • Developing BI visualizations (Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI) to monitor performance across acquisition and sales funnels

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6+ years of analytics experience focused on revenue, forecasting, or optimization
  • Advanced SQL and BI tool proficiency (Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI)
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data insights to commercial impact
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Background in financial services, subscription-based, or consumer-focused businesses is a plus
