Marketing Operations Specialist

Location: Hybrid (Morristown, NJ) - ideally 3 days onsite per week, 2 days remote
Contract: 6 months with possibility of extension or conversion to full-time

You will be joining a global company specializing in innovative skincare solutions. Its portfolio includes sunscreens, anti-aging treatments, and products addressing specific skin concerns, widely recommended by dermatologists worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about both the creative and operational sides of marketing, and enjoys supporting a high-performing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design Execution

  • Create and update marketing materials (sales aids, patient brochures, banners, promotional sheets, displays)

  • Oversee custom promotional items (training cards, tear pads, in-office displays)

  • Coordinate with outsourced designers and printers for high-quality, cost-effective materials

  • Maintain organized high-resolution brand assets on shared drives

Operational & Project Support

  • Coordinate with HQ to obtain material codes and set them up in SAP and warehouse systems

  • Manage creation, shipment, and orderability of marketing materials

  • Ensure timely design and deployment of monthly promotions

  • Track and forecast inventory needs; restock materials with printers and HQ

  • Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and PO preparation

  • Drive projects to streamline processes, improve vendor workflows, and optimize inventory management

Sales Rep Support

  • Facilitate monthly marketing orders and event-specific requests

  • Manage onboarding marketing kits and business card orders

  • Respond to daily rep support needs

  • Track and troubleshoot shipments as needed

Must Have

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar support role

  • Experience working with or supporting sales functions

  • Graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe InDesign

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication with a professional, clear, and proactive approach

  • High sense of urgency with ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Comfortable working across teams, including international counterparts and external vendors
