THE ROLE
As a Full Stack Software Developer, you'll be the second engineering hire and play a pivotal role in building and scaling the company's core platform. - Define and execute the engineering strategy and architecture.
- Lead full-stack development using React, Python, Node.js, and AWS.

- Collaborate with leadership on product and business strategy.
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
SKILLS
- Computer Science degree from a top university.
- Senior-level engineering experience, ideally in early-stage startups.
- Strong full-stack skills: Python, Node.js, React, AWS, and SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with LangChain, RAG, chatbots, and AI/ML toolkits (deep ML expertise not required).
- Excellent communication and business-oriented mindset.
