THE ROLE

As a Founding Member of Technical Staff, you'll be a core contributor to the product engineering team, working across the stack to build high-impact, user-facing features. You'll collaborate with experts in front-end, back-end, and ML to shape the product and engineering culture from day one.

This is a rare opportunity to work on open-source software at the frontier of LLM infrastructure, with full ownership of key components like the observability dashboard.

  • Design and build full-stack features for a high-performance LLM observability and optimisation platform.
  • Contribute to open-source projects and shape the technical roadmap.
  • Collaborate with a small, highly technical team to deliver production-grade tools.
  • Drive projects from concept to deployment with a focus on developer experience and performance.
  • Help define engineering best practices and contribute to company culture.

SKILLS

  • Masters or PhD in Comp Sci from a globally recognized institution
  • Strong technical background with experience leading complex engineering projects.
  • Passion for developer tooling, design, and building delightful user experiences.
  • Comfortable working across the stack (front-end, back-end, infrastructure).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
  • Preference for in-person collaboration in a high-energy NYC office.
