With growing needs in operations and central analytics, they're seeking a BI expert to establish a modern, scalable reporting environment and help teams across the business make smarter, data-driven decisions.

ROLE:

As the Business Intelligence Manager, you'll be hands-on in setting up a self-service reporting environment, developing dashboards, and managing the data preparation processes that power them. This is an individual contributor role to start, with opportunities to flex into leadership as the BI function expands. You'll lead key initiatives around data migration, digital transformation, and dashboard development while partnering with stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure data is clean, consistent, and actionable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI (preferred) or similar BI tools.
  • Set up and scale self-service reporting environments for operational and analytics teams.
  • Clean, transform, and prepare data to ensure smooth integration into dashboards.
  • Lead or support migrations and digital transformation projects related to BI infrastructure.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and central analytics teams to define and track KPIs.
  • Communicate insights clearly and effectively-strong data storytelling is essential.
  • Manage BI access, governance, and user provisioning in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, ideally as a Senior or Lead BI Analyst.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience preparing and transforming data for BI reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI Cloud (or Tableau, Looker, or similar tools).
  • Proven success with implementing or scaling self-service reporting environments.
  • Experience supporting or leading data migrations, system upgrades, or digital transformations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate data into insights.
  • Financial services experience is a plus, but not required.

This role is ideal for a high-impact BI professional who thrives in a data-forward organization and is ready to take ownership of enterprise reporting from strategy through execution.
