Brand Manager - U.S. Skincare

Join a leading global skincare brand and play a pivotal role in shaping its presence across both consumer and professional markets in the U.S. This is an exciting opportunity to own brand strategy end-to-end-driving awareness, relevance, and growth in a high-impact role with global visibility.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and lead brand strategies that fuel growth across consumer and professional channels.

  • Manage the entire brand planning process-from strategic development to execution-working seamlessly with activation, sales, and digital paid media teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (digital, sales, medical, and global HQ in Spain) to deliver cohesive, high-quality brand experiences.

  • Craft compelling messaging tailored to diverse audiences, including consumers, dermatologists, aestheticians, and skincare specialists.

  • Lead promotional strategies in the professional channel, building sales enablement tools and fostering brand advocacy.

  • Create patient-facing brand assets, toolkits, and events to deepen engagement in the U.S. market.

  • Drive innovation by analyzing consumer trends, behaviors, and competitive insights to identify new opportunities.

  • Use analytical skills to measure brand performance, forecast growth, and inform decision-making.

  • Bring initiatives to life in alignment with brand strategy, ensuring relevance to the U.S. market.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of brand or marketing experience-ideally in skincare, beauty, dermocosmetics, or health & wellness.

  • Experience across both consumer and professional/medical marketing channels

  • Proven track record of delivering brand strategies that drive measurable business growth.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, forecasting tools, and P&L understanding.

  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership, communication, and storytelling skills.

  • Collaborative, low-ego, solutions-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
