A well-established UK financial services business is hiring a Strategy Insight Analyst to join a growing operations analytics function. The role sits at the intersection of data, operations and strategy, supporting decision-making across the full customer lifecycle.
This position is suited to someone who enjoys getting close to how a business actually runs and using data to improve processes, outcomes and customer experience.
The role
Deliver analytical insight across customer acquisition, decisioning, account management and collections
Support operational and strategy teams with data-led recommendations
Work on end-to-end analytical projects: data extraction, analysis, insight and stakeholder reporting
Translate complex analysis into clear, practical outputs for non-technical audiences
Contribute to the development of operational strategy and performance optimisation
What they're looking for
2+ years' experience in an analytical role (financial services preferred)
Strong SQL skills and experience with a data visualisation tool

A leading digital agency is seeking a hands-on Adobe DAM Contractor to support two end clients in the telecoms and pet care sectors. This role is ideal for someone who understands how Adobe DAM works in practice – from running the DAM daily to supporting light implementation tasks and improving asset workflows.
This is a technical content systems role, not a CDP or data activation role. You’ll partner with Tealium specialists who handle CDP inputs; your focus is the content and asset side, ensuring assets, metadata, taxonomy and workflows are structured correctly and flow downstream without issues.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Adobe DAM Contractor, you will:
- Operate Adobe Experience Manager Assets (DAM) daily
- Improve and document end‑to‑end asset workflows, ensuring smooth movement from creation → approval → publication → downstream systems
- Support light implementation / configuration tasks within Adobe DAM Assets (e.g. adjusting metadata schemas, folder structures, automation rules)
- Assist with mapping asset and metadata feeds into an AI tool supporting the technical teams on the integration side
- Work with internal Tealium/CDP specialists to ensure appropriate IDs and data alignment
- Identify opportunities for workflow automation, including the use of AI features to reduce manual steps
- Troubleshoot and resolve DAM operational issues quickly and accurately
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The ideal contractor will have:
- Strong hands-on experience operating Adobe DAM
- Real working knowledge of metadata, taxonomy, tagging, rights & renditions, and asset governance
- Experience supporting DAM process improvement and small implementation/config changes
- A good understanding of integrations and content flow – e.g. mapping fields, understanding API-driven workflows, troubleshooting failures
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with creative, marketing, tech and media teams
- Experience with AI content and media platforms

5-7 years’ experience in analytics, ideally within financial services, credit risk, mortgages, or related sectors

Proven experience mentoring or managing analysts (or strong readiness to step into a team lead role)

Strong technical toolkit: SQL, Python, and Excel proficiency

Skilled communicator – confident presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences

Experience working with or alongside banks, lenders, or credit decisioning teams

Highly numerate, creative problem solver with strong business acumen

Exposure to property, housing, or mortgage markets

Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Interest in combining product thinking with data analytics

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
