This role will require one to drive social exploration and insights strategy for respiratory health products across the Saudi Arabian market, with a direct focus on respiratory health.

Key features-

  • Conducting deep social listening using Brandwatch to identify emerging themes around respiratory health, such as sleep disruption, colds, flu, viral infections, and breathing or lung capacity issues.

  • Monitoring and analysing regional conversations in Arabic, identifying cultural and linguistic nuances to tailor market-specific health narratives.

  • Collaborating cross-functionally to guide content planning, digital strategy, and product positioning through data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Arabic speaker with strong understanding of cultural context in the Middle East

  • Proven experience in Brandwatch for social listening and analysis

  • Familiarity with Keynote.io or similar platforms is highly desirable

Focus Areas:

  • Respiratory function, oxygen care, viral illnesses, and sleep-related symptoms

  • Cross-market strategy development based on real-time social data

  • Health-related conversations within Arabic-speaking digital communities
