THE ROLE

As a Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer, you will design and deliver end-to-end features that elevate the user experience and drive technical excellence. You'll shape architecture, guide engineering standards, and unblock teams to deliver impactful products at scale. Challenges include visual complexity, large-scale data relationships, and real-time rendering.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • The platform: managing diagrams, ensuring usability, improving canvas performance
  • Develop continuous enhancements based on user feedback and client needs
  • Lead upcoming Initiatives
  • Solving visualisation and performance challenges across a complex data and UI layer
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional squads including PMs, designers, and SDETs
  • Scaling infrastructure and deployments
  • Providing mentorship and setting technical direction for squads

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Full Stack Engineer will have the following skills and profile:

  • Experience across the full stack with strong frontend architecture skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, humble mindset
  • Passion for building tools that are both beautiful and functional
  • Strong grasp of scalable architecture and working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
  • Technologies: ASP, C# and/or .NET; React and/or Vue (Typescript); Azure;
