Senior Product Marketing Manager - Global Education Organisation

Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days a week, Tues/Weds, occasional UK travel)
Salary: £60,000 + 10% bonus (up to £65k DOE)

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product positioning, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and partner engagement across a diverse global portfolio.

You'll define how new products and partnerships are launched, marketed, and communicated - shaping the way the organisation connects with students, partners, and stakeholders worldwide. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution and offers visibility across marketing, product, and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define clear product positioning and market differentiation.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify key product and partner value propositions.

  • Lead go-to-market launches for new programmes, initiatives, and partnerships.

  • Build and manage relationships with university or institutional partners.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, digital, and content teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

  • Use market and performance insights to guide future product and marketing strategies.

  • Bring commercial focus to marketing decisions, aligning activity with growth and revenue goals.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in product marketing, ideally in education, professional services, or another global B2B/B2C organisation.

  • Proven success leading cross-functional go-to-market strategies.

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

  • Commercially minded, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and think strategically.

  • Experience working in or alongside agile teams is advantageous.

  • A self-starter who enjoys working across varied projects and influencing outcomes.
