Senior Media Consultant
London, hybrid working (2 days office based).
Salary up to £55,000

You will play a key role in supporting major global brands, helping them optimise their paid media performance and make smarter marketing decisions.

The Role
You will sit within the consulting team, supporting a mix of media, analytics and digital transformation projects. Your work will include:
  • Advising clients on paid search and programmatic activation, using platforms such as Google Ads and DV360.
  • Supporting demand forecasting and performance dashboarding for key accounts.
  • Leading conversations with clients to explain media strategy, platform setup and optimisation opportunities.
  • Developing analytics‑informed recommendations using data from tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Contributing to cross‑channel strategies, media testing frameworks and audience‑led activation.
  • Collaborating with specialists across tracking, cloud engineering and measurement to deliver high‑quality project outcomes.
  • Ensuring project deliverables are accurate, insight‑driven and meeting agreed timelines.
Your Skills and Experience
You will thrive here if you bring:
  • Strong commercial experience in paid search, PPC or programmatic media activation.
  • Hands‑on use of platforms such as DV360, Google Ads, Campaign Manager, Search Ads 360 or Meta Ads Manager.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, media measurement or attribution approaches.
  • Experience creating or activating cross‑channel media strategies.
  • Familiarity with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Looker or Tableau.
  • A proactive, organised and detail‑focused approach to project delivery.
  • Curiosity, problem‑solving ability and confidence engaging with clients.
