Senior Marketing Analyst
London, Hybrid

The Role
  • Own and deliver marketing and customer analytics that directly inform commercial strategy.
  • Lead end-to-end analytical initiatives, from scoping opportunities to delivering insights and recommendations.
  • Build, validate, and maintain robust reporting and metrics used by marketing and senior stakeholders.
  • Analyse large, complex datasets to understand performance drivers across acquisition, retention, and customer behaviour.
  • Design and evaluate experiments, including A B testing and incrementality analysis.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, technology, and finance teams.
  • Improve efficiency through automation and standardisation of reporting and analysis.
  • Contribute to the wider analytics community by raising standards and sharing best practice.
Your Skills & Experience
  • Strong commercial experience in marketing and customer analytics within a digital, eCommerce, or marketplace environment.
  • Advanced SQL skills with confidence working directly with raw data in a cloud data environment.
  • Experience building intuitive dashboards and reports in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Capability in Python or R for analysis, modelling, or automation.
  • Experience with customer funnel analysis, segmentation, cohort analysis, and lifetime value modelling.
  • Knowledge of experimental design, statistical methods, and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and reconcile metrics with finance or commercial teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence decisions.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
