Salary: up to £70,000 + £8,000 car allowance

The Role

As Senior Digital Manager, you'll own the website and app strategy for the UK village, ensuring the brand's digital touchpoints are engaging, accurate, and on-brand. This is a hybrid role spanning digital design, UX, and content marketing, with strong collaboration across IT, creative, and agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver the digital roadmap for the village website and app.

  • Define and measure annual digital KPIs that drive engagement and performance.

  • Partner with IT to manage sprints, new features, and bug fixes.

  • Drive SEO, analytics, and content insights to optimise visibility and UX.

  • Collaborate with village web managers to ensure updates (e.g., charity pop-ups, campaigns, events) go live promptly.

  • Conduct digital audits and ensure alignment across regional and global teams.

  • Manage relationships with external digital and creative agencies.

  • Use Adobe Analytics to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities.


About You

You're proactive, commercially minded, and thrive in a fast-moving brand environment. You'll be hands-on in ensuring that the digital presence keeps pace with the brand's real-world activity.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 4-5 years' experience in digital, UX, or content management roles.

  • Proven ability to manage CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).

  • Skilled in Adobe Analytics, SEO, and insight generation.

  • Strong collaborator with experience managing agency partners.

  • Ability to coordinate across design, IT, and content to meet deadlines.
