THE ROLE
As Senior Data Platform Engineer, you will help shape a distributed data and compute platform designed for large‑scale ingestion, transformation and machine learning workloads.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Designing and optimising of distributed systems for high‑throughput data processing
- Build services and tools in Python or Go, with the opportunity to cross‑train in the other.

Marketing Effectiveness Specialist (FTC)
Location: London (2 days per week, Tuesdays mandatory)

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Effectiveness Specialist to join a leading global data analytics business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and enjoys translating strategy into measurable marketing outcomes.
The successful candidate will implement customer journeys, optimise marketing platforms, and support data-driven decision-making across multiple touchpoints. This is a high-impact role, providing the foundations for omnichannel marketing initiatives across a complex, global organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Implement and optimise customer journeys across email, SMS, social, paid, and CRM channels.

Work with marketing, data, and technology teams to ensure alignment and consistent execution.

Monitor and measure campaign and platform performance, providing actionable insights.

Support adoption of new marketing technology platforms, including CDPs and automation tools.

Collaborate with global stakeholders to standardise processes and improve marketing effectiveness.

Translate strategy into practical execution while managing competing priorities.
Who We’re Looking For

Proven experience in MarTech, Marketing Operations, or Product Marketing roles.

Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working across global teams.

Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, social/paid platforms, or data platforms.

Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with multiple priorities.

Industry-agnostic; able to apply marketing effectiveness principles across diverse sectors.

Highly organised, strategic, and execution-focused.
